A north-east sporting facility is inviting new faces and existing members through its doors by hosting an open day on Saturday, 25 August.
Oldmeldrum-based ETKO Sports Academy is inviting members of the public to experience its adults fitness suite and exercise studio for free throughout the day. Those who come along will have the opportunity to participate in free taster classes and try out the equipment in ETKO Sports Academy’s fitness suite. Coaches and other team members will be on hand to offer advice and consultations.
ETKO Sports Academy’s fitness suite and exercise studio is a dedicated area for the organisation’s adult members. The fitness suite has recently benefited from the introduction of several new machines, including standard and curved air treadmills, plus an air exercise bike. The fitness suite and exercise studio also play host to a range of classes including TRX, HIIT, boxercise, cardio circuits and resistance training. Dedicated teen training and ‘exercise for all’ sessions ensure that the class programme is open to a variety of age groups and abilities.
“We are really excited about welcoming people to our facilities on 25th August,” says Laura ETKO, founder and director, ETKO Sports Academy. “We have grown both our class programme and our range of machines in recent months, with the aim of making exercise accessible to as many different individuals and groups as possible.
“We hope that visitors will take the opportunity to chat with our trainers and coaches, who will be on hand to provide advice on keeping fit, as well as information on special membership offers that will be available on the day. Those who are interested in nutrition can also learn about and sample our Synergy products.”
The open day will take place from 9am – 4pm within ETKO Sports Academy’s adults fitness suite and studio. Members of the public are encouraged to drop in at any time, with no advance booking required. For further information email admin@etkosportsacademy.co.uk or call 01651 873876.
